Service Description
Take your project to new heights with professional FAA-licensed drone cinematography and photography. At $500, this all-in-one aerial package delivers stunning, cinematic footage and images that capture perspectives impossible from the ground—perfect for music videos, events, real estate, weddings, promotional content, or creative reels.
Cancellation Policy
Photo Delivery & Storage Policy -Edited photos are delivered within 10–14 business days. I store your images for 30 days after delivery. After that, they will be permanently deleted. Please download and back them up promptly. Late Arrival Policy -Please arrive on time (or ideally 5–10 minutes early) for your scheduled session or event start time. Your booked time slot is reserved exclusively for you. -If you arrive up to 15 minutes late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time—no extension will be given. Any time lost will be deducted from shooting time. -If you arrive more than 15 minutes late without prior communication, a $25–$50 late fee may apply (at my discretion), or the session may be shortened further. -If you are 30+ minutes late with no contact, it will be considered a no-show. The session will be canceled, and your deposit/retainer will be forfeited with no rescheduling or refund offered. -Communication is key—if you're running late, please text or call me as soon as possible so we can adjust expectations. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy -A non-refundable deposit (typically 30–50% of the total fee) is required to secure your date and time. This deposit holds your spot and is non-refundable under any circumstances. -Cancellations or rescheduling requests more than 7 days before the shoot/event: You may reschedule once at no extra charge (subject to availability), or receive a credit for the non-deposit portion (if any) toward a future booking. -Cancellations or rescheduling requests 7 days before the shoot/event: The deposit is forfeited, but any additional payments beyond the deposit may be refunded or credited. -Cancellations or rescheduling requests within 48 hours of the shoot/event: The full booked amount (deposit + any balance paid) is forfeited—no refunds or credits. This includes no-shows. -Rescheduling is allowed one time per booking (with at least 48 hours' notice where possible). Additional reschedules may incur a fee or require a new deposit. -In case of inclement weather (outdoor shoots only), illness/emergency, or other unforeseen issues on my end, I will work with you to reschedule at no extra cost or provide a full refund if rescheduling isn't possible. -All cancellations/rescheduling requests must be made in writing (email or text) to be valid.
